In this sense, the application acts as a work tool, aiming at the collection of information, not being our responsibility what is contained in its files, considering the mere functionality of collecting and passing on data. We also emphasize that all information / data treated in the application will not be available / accessible to the common user, only to the ACS linked to the contracting entities, therefore it is the responsibility of the same to sort this information.

OPERATION:

Saúde Mobile Synthesis is a module of the SaudeWeb Synthesis system, with a focus on the use by the Community Health Agents (CHA) in the municipality, who can contract the system for local health management.

All data collected by the ACS through Saúde Mobile S Synthesis are sent to the SaudeWeb S Synthesis system, previously installed and configured for the municipality through a contract.

When installing the application, the CNPJ of the municipality to which the ACS is linked is requested, so that the use of the mobile application depends on the previous release of its access in the SaudeWeb S Synthesis system.

The visual interface of this application aims to facilitate the filling of forms in a more friendly way than the use of paper cards.

With this application ACS can work online or offline, collecting data through the following features:

- Individual Registration;

- Home Register;

- Home visit;

- Geolocation of patients / home and agent activities;

- Synchronization of records with the municipal base;

Through integration with the web system, the municipal health manager has access to data produced by health agents, centrally in the municipality.

Subsequently, the data are made available to the local health manager and are sent to the e-SUS system, as described on the integration page of the same https://aps.saude.gov.br/ape/esus/integracao
