This is Waste management solution. The app enables a public to post a social-related issue (Like waste not collected) which is then assign to the city corporation or concerned party and thereafter assigned to the supervisor area.

How does it work?

Take a complaint of the Civic-related issue using your smart and post it in one of the following categories.

・D2D Waste not collected

・Sweeping waste not collected

・Road Sweeping

・Secondary Collection

・KYC and UCC

・MSW and Fuel

・Primary and Secondary QR Scanning

・AVTS

・HRMS

The app will take the location. Just type in the landmark of the complaint location. The complaint will then be assigned to the concerned person

You can also vote up on any other complaint relevant to you. You will get regular updates on status of the complaint in the form of a push notification / SMS/email with the ‘Resolved’ status with OTP

You can also reopen the complaint if you are not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint.
