Safe Minor - Child Safety App

- Task feature added. Now, parent can assign task to child with bonus time.
- Child can see task assigned by parent and work on it. On completion task child needs to submit for review.
- Parent can review task and approve or decline(reassign) it.
- Once parent approve task, child can use bonus time associated with task.
- Child can use their phone during bonus time without any restriction.
