SaFences (pronounced “Safe Fences”) is an innovative and comprehensive, yet simple to use mobile and tablet friendly app. As an apartment or gated community resident, you have the power to determine who visits you and during what hours. You may rest assured that all identities of visitors are recorded. SaFences tackles the challenges of physical security management in a very digital way.

As a Resident

You may pre-register your staff, your frequent visitors and one-off visitors or expected deliveries. With SaFences, a simple to use app, you may enter just a few details of your expected visitor. You shall be notified when the visitor is at your Security and when they have exited the premises. Your frequent visitors shall gain “green” channel access without the hassles of registering themselves every time.

As a Security Personnel

A very intuitive SaFences app enables Security to record entry and exit of a visitor with just a few clicks. Photograph and identity capture is extremely simple and fast. The app will also quickly assess if the visitor is a first-time visitor or if there is any risk associated with the visitor. Security personnel can now safely rely on the fact that the visitors are pre-registered and expected. Log entries are accurate – no more relying on handwritten erroneous log book records.

As Community Association

Once you enable all Residents to use SaFences, Security – physical tracking of a visitor (staff, deliveries and guests) becomes much easier and authentic. Frequent visitors, registered deliveries and staff can enter and exit the complex with minimum disruption and interference. Only out of band visitors need to be reviewed manually. Daily, Weekly and Monthly records along with anomalies will be sent in by e-mail and can be viewed in summary dashboards.

Alerts and Anomalies

Alerts are generated to Security if a visitor is considered to have a negative risk association. Security may take additional precautions with such visitors.
