The proximity to the fantastic lake of Bolsena and the long fishing tradition of the village stand out overwhelmingly among the delicious fish dishes on our menu.

For the preparation of all dishes only excellent fresh fish of the day is used. The courses alternate between combinations with sea fish and irresistible dishes with lake fish, ingredients expertly combined with fresh and genuine products at km 0.

The traditional local dishes are accompanied by a rich selection of tasty national and regional wines, carefully chosen, to best enhance the flavors of the food.

Among others, there are appetizing appetizers with local salami, first courses with an unmistakable flavor of tradition and tasty desserts rigorously prepared in our kitchens.
