ScanIDs allows you to obtain, with a scanner integrated into the mobile phone or tablet, all the necessary data from the identity document or letter. or passport to generate the check-in that all lodging establishments, such as hotels, hostels, pensions, hostels, rural houses, campsites, residences, apartments and other accommodations, are required to complete.

Customers sign on the device screen, adding the signature to the corresponding Traveler's Report, which is stored in the cloud, and can be viewed and printed at any time if necessary.

The application automatically generates the file with the travelers' data and sends it without any intervention to the corresponding organization.

The use of scanIDs represents enormous time savings at check-in and eliminates the use of paper and ink, and without costly investments in a desktop scanner.

With the scanner on the mobile phone or tablet, traveler entries reduce check-in management time, without waiting, without errors in collecting data from identity documents or passports, and above all without forgetting when communicating with the corresponding organizations.

ScanIDs can be connected to any hotel management program, transferring customer data to the database, thus avoiding having to enter them manually. You can also rewrite reservation data from the management program to simplify daily check-in operations.

With the same device, you can manage the entrance parts of two or more establishments, changing from one to the other with a single click.

Traveler Reports are always available for consultation or to print, if necessary. In addition, through the app's website you can access the Record Books that are generated automatically, view and print them, and search for any Entry Part that contains the text that is entered in the name, surname or document number.

scanIDs is not a government app nor does it have any relationship with official organizations. It is a document scanning tool that facilitates data collection, check-in generation and data transmission to the corresponding system. The data obtained will be transmitted to the organization selected by the user, after configuring the necessary access data.
