1.12 Added Screen On Counter and Avg Time per Screen On in Banner

1.11 Added new functionality - All Time Daily Averages (Min/% and SOT). NOTE: If updating to 1.11 then user will have to accept prompt to clear daily records in the app for All Time Min/% to start. All Time Min/% will show 0 until reset is accepted.
Added Action buttons to Notification (two finger pull-down) to Open App or Open Battery Settings to see phone's reported SOT
