ScrollGuard - Stop Scrolling

👆Anti Scroll:

ScrollGuard detects when you are doom-scrolling and makes you think for 1 minute before scrolling again on the app.

Waiting 1 minute makes you double-think and decide rationally whether you should continue scrolling or not.

Choose the app you want to antiscroll from the list. ScrollGuard will detect when you are doom-scrolling and will show you a dialog with two options:

- Stop scrolling and close the app immediately

- Wait 1 minute and continue scrolling

ScrollGuard uses Accessibility service:

- To identify doomscrolling activity, we use the Accessibility Service to detect swipe gestures

- To identify and block short videos

Your data remains private and is never extracted from your device.
