Updates:
• Added new setting: Show épée U2F timer - Shows number of seconds since last score added (unwillingless to fight, non-combativity, passivity). This is to help keep track of 1 minute without scoring. The U2F timer will reset back to 0 if a point is added to either fencer. Might add P-cards later.
• Optimized some stuff behind the scenes
