[Security Talk Features]

■ Dedicated Communication App

The app is dedicated to each contract and can be customized.

■ Private Network

The network used is separate for each contract and cannot be used with other contracted apps. Furthermore, calls with external communication apps are not possible. Only users with the same contracted app can communicate.

■ P2P Communication

The communication line is basically a P2P type, and since devices communicate directly with each other, no records are left on the server.

*Some communications may be routed via SFU or STUN/TURN, but even in these cases, the communication content is not stored on the server.

■Encrypted Communication

All communications are encrypted, and measures are in place to prevent eavesdroppers from deciphering the contents of the communication stream.

■App Authentication

Only authorized users can use the app. Authentication is performed each time the app is used, and administrators can individually disable app usage.

■Information Used

The only information used by the app is authentication information and a device token. This is used only to grant permission for app use and to call the communication partner. Registered information and history are not transmitted externally.

■In-House Management

While it is possible to use an in-house server for authentication, it is also possible to easily manage it using an external service. The authentication server registers only encrypted authentication information that does not contain personal information, providing protection against data leaks.

■Impersonation Prevention

There is a "lock function" to prevent someone from using your device to make or answer calls. By requiring the user's authentication key (password) when making or receiving calls, communication via the app cannot be conducted by anyone other than the user. This prevents third parties from using your device and using the app without permission.

■ Brute-Force Attack Prevention

If you enter the authentication key incorrectly more than the limited number of times, a certain interval will be required before you can re-enter it. If you make further mistakes, the app will become unusable only after resetting (reinstalling) the app. In this case, all information will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

■ Screenshot Prohibition

Screenshots cannot be taken during video calls on Android devices.

■ Calls

One-on-one voice calls, video calls, and text chats are available.

■ Lock Function

Not only can you not make calls until you enter the authentication key, but the caller's information will not be displayed when receiving a call. If you do not enter the key within the specified time, the call will be disconnected. Also, if you make a call using the lock function, the call will be disconnected as if the other party were not using the lock function.

■ Call History

The app's call history is saved in the app and, on the smartphone, in the device's call history. However, deleting the call history in the Security Talk app will also delete the device's call history.

■ Room

You can create a Room, similar to a web conference room, for multi-person video calls and chats.

■ Record Deletion

Once the communication ends, the video and chat content records are deleted without any retention. Nothing is saved within the app.

■ Access Restrictions

For companies and other organizations, you can set restrictions by department, section, or team, allowing access to be restricted at the departmental level.

■ Screen Layout by Job Title

By registering job titles, the screen will automatically rearrange so that senior members are displayed at the top.
