See-Say

Introducing See-Say, a Speech Development app for toddlers and young children, aimed to re-energise traditional stock flashcards by bringing learning and experience together. Use your own, recognisable photos and record your familiar voice, to create personalised flashcards that are meaningful and memorable to your child.

Children learn new vocabulary through play and interaction - with you, with objects, with the world around them - helping them to connect and build synaptic pathways between new words and their tangible meanings.

With this in mind, See-Say has been designed to take out and about with you. To the shops, the beach, to Grandma’s house – with one account linking across three devices, See-Say can help you capture all the rich vocabulary you use with your child every day. Your child’s personalised flashcards can then be used as a learning tool; to revisit, connect and consolidate all the new words your little one has encountered.

Created specifically for toddlers and young children, our child-friendly interface allows children to be part of the process; helping to take photos, create flashcard albums and use the app independently whenever they choose.

Designed and developed by British teachers and parents, Andrew & Hannah, the idea for See-Say came about when searching for a more meaningful tool to use with their young son as he began to use his first words.
