In order to speed up the process of document services to the people of Banda Aceh City, the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Banda Aceh City presents the SEKEJAP Mobile Service Application (All Work Is Ready).

Features in the IMMEDIATE application:

A) Population

a. Changes in KK and KTP data elements

b. Change domicile

- Move out of Banda Aceh City area

- Coming from outside the Banda Aceh City area

- Moving comes from within the Banda Aceh City area

c. Child Identity Card (KIA)

d. Loss of Resident Documents

e. Residential Certificate (SKTT) for foreigners

All stages of the process are notified to the public via email.

So people can apply for documents anytime and anywhere without having to come to the dukcapil office, just through the smartphone in their hand. After the submission of the document has been processed, the public just needs to take it to the office by showing the QR-Code sent via email registered by the community.
