Application for exclusive use by SESC students.

Through the SESCFIT app, the student can interact with their network through the timeline of their fitness training center, access their exercise sheet with load evolution history, monitor their physical assessments and check in to classes. All this in the palm of your hand to make your training more dynamic and interactive.

The application allows:

- Access to exercise sheet

- Define and monitor load for training

- View physical assessment

- Check training frequency

- Contract/expiry information

- Check-in to classes
