Set Widad - ست وداد

Set Widad (lady Widad) is of Aleppo origins. She grew up in an area called 'Shtura', 20 km away from the Syrian border. An area famous for dairy products like Labneh and baking of Delicious Manakish. She learned the cra! of pastry-making from her mother. Her passion for cooking helped her excel in the kitchen and master the culinary art. Her cooking skills, which she is very proud of, soon became the talk of the town. Set Widad follows her great recipes to the word for the same great taste every time. Set Widad does her shopping daily. She makes her trip to the market early in the morning to ensure she gets the best cut of meat and the freshest produce that are up to her standards. Today, Sit Widad is in Dubai to serve you her yummy cooking and pastries and welcome you daily at her restaurant.
