SETRA mobile application "Pico y Placa" "Plate Day" is a technological tool implemented by the Ministry of Traffic and Municipal Transport of San José de Cúcuta directed by José Luis Duarte Contreras secretary of the office; in order to give information accurately to all citizens and visitors of the town on restricting mobility of vehicles circulating in the Norte de Santander capital referred to in Decree 0330 of May 22, 2017; allowing the user to know if your vehicle (car or motorcycle) has restricted mobility in the municipality of San José de Cúcuta and the perimeter in which this restriction applies and times where it belongs.

Upon entering the application you can see the icons of different social networks where the secretariat transit and transportation in the municipality of San José de Cúcuta provides accurate and timely information of the activities as road closures, prevention campaigns and road safety education information.

PICO DAY PLATE AND PLATE icon when pressed for the first time allows to check the license plate of the user in a simple procedure by selecting the type of vehicle and place of registration thereof.

Once registered the application will furnish the user corresponding to the restriction of "Pico y Placa" and "Plate Day" information.

MI tab indicates whether the vehicle registration plate corresponds or mobility restriction that day.

The PERIMETRO tab will appear in the application the day that corresponds to the "Pico y Placa" or "Plate Day" to the user, and it will be appreciated area of ​​the municipality where the mobility restriction applies.

TODAY tab provides the user information license plate number that corresponds to that day restricting mobility and times in which the rule applies.

The menu at the top right displays a number of options among which are:

CHANGING PLATE, which allows registration plate again.

INFORMATION, containing aspects of development and purpose of the application.

Help, which explains the operation of the application.

EXIT, applicative.
