The Heshima 2019 Works Consultancy Ltd (HWC). is private independent and non-political Company committed to consumer errands into ensuring their services are given as per the customer charter of the various suppliers/service providers. It also touches on education, research and consultancy on consumerism and customer-care issues.

The Company was registered on September 30, 2019. HWC works as errand handling particular ensuring sewer connectivity and its maintenance by ensuring our clients have maintained a clean environment through the sewer maintenance from the providers on fair, just and safe negotiations for all Kenyan and regional consumers and protects consumer’s information.

Our mandate is drawn from Article 46 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010, the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 and the Competition Act, 2013 Cap 504 among other statutes. HWC is licensed by ………… and by………… and it is accredited by ………………….

Mandate

Our mandate is to defend, promote, develop and as per the constitution of Kenya CoK 2010 Fourth Schedule [Articles 185(2), 186(1) and 187(2).] part 2 on services by the county governments’ and the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 and the Competition Act, 2013 and make it possible for the consumers to get value for money of the services rendered.cipe contains all recipes from all parts of the world
