Currently Shashish Kumar Tiwari runs ISNM YouTube Channel where his videos are watched by more than 10 lacs people per month. His YouTube channel Indian School of Network Marketing got its first 100k subscribers just within 4-5 months. Today lacs of sales professionals are growing their businesses learning from his videos.

He is constantly invited by colleges and universities for his amazing motivational talks. Recently he was invited by the CENTRAL UNIVERSITY OF JHARKHAND as the Chief Guest to deliver a motivational talk of thousands of its students. He is the youngest ever person who was invited as the chief guest by a central university He was awarded as the Best Young Motivational Speaker of India in the Constitution Club of India, Delhi in 2016. He finds it the blessings of God when last year a church invited him to motivate more than 100 AIDS patients. He has been a medium to change lacs of lives through his live seminars till date.
