SHE LEADS

SHE LEADS is a women's leadership development program created by IFES.  SHE LEADS has been implemented throughout Southeast Asia.  The program involved women with leadership potential and aspirations to become more engaged in their communities, civil society, and political and electoral processes. In Cambodia, SHE LEADS is funded by USAID and is carried out by IFES in cooperation with its partners VBNK (training), CDPO (inclusion), and Open Institute (technology).

SHE LEADS គឺ​ជា​កម្មវិធី​អភិវឌ្ឍន៍​ស្រ្តី​ក្នុង​ភាព​ជា​អ្នក​ដឹក​នាំ​ ដែល​បាន​បង្កើត​ឡើង​ដោយ​មូលនិធិ​អន្តរជាតិ​សម្រាប់​ប្រព័ន្ធ​បោះឆ្នោត​ (IFES)​ ហើយ​បាន​នឹង​កំពុង​អនុវត្ត​នៅ​ក្នុង​តំបន់​អាស៊ី​អា​គ្នេ​យ៏។ កម្មវិធី​នេះ​ពាក់ព័ន្ធ​នឹង​ស្ត្រី​ដែល​មាន​សក្តានុពល​ផ្នែក​ដឹកនាំ​ និង​មាន​បំណង​ប្រាថ្នា​ក្នុង​ការ​ចូល​រួម​នៅ​ក្នុង​សហគមន៍​ សង្គម​ស៊ីវិល​ នយោបាយ​ និង​ដំណើរ​ការ​បោះឆ្នោត​។ នៅ​ក្នុង​ប្រទេស​កម្ពុជា​ SHE LEADS ​បាន​ទទួល​ជំនួយ​ឧបត្ថម្ភ​ពី​ទី​ភ្នាក់ងារ​សហរដ្ឋ​អាមេរិក​សំរាប់​អភិវឌ្ឍន៍​អន្តរជាតិ​ (USAID) ​និង​អនុវត្ត​ដោយ​ IFES​ ក្រោម​កិច្ច​សហការ​ជាមួយ​ VBNK ​អង្គការ​ជន​ពិការ​កម្ពុជា​ (CDPO) និង​វិទ្យាស្ថាន​បើកទូលាយ (OI)​។
