Shifter is an environment that consists of two applications and was developed to bring the League of Legends client to your smartphone!

The Shifter desktop client is one part of the Shifter environment, the mobile application the second one. The Shifter desktop client is running on your PC and is the glue between the League of Legends client and the mobile app.

So whatever you do in your client (join a lobby, start matchmaking, pick your champion in champ-select) is shifted (mirrored) to the mobile app and vice versa. Visit my website to learn more about Shifter! On my website you can directly download the Shifter desktop client too.
