The ShopFan app shows different features depending on the type of user created.

FOR TRADERS

Loyalty your customers without having to "get a card". With ShopFan, customers just need to type their number on your tablet displayed at the checkout.

- Quick onboarding your customers without the need for them to leave their email or name. Thanks to this, ShopFan engages an average 17 times higher percentage of customers than traditional loyalty programs.

- Continuous gratification with small prizes in kind made available by the store.

- Marketing automation via SMS. If the customer doesn't return to the store for 30 or 90 days, you can set up an SMS to be sent to them with the promise of a small gift if they return.

FOR PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS

You can participate in collecting points even without installing anything and without registering. Simply check in with your phone number in one of the participating stores and you will receive a link via SMS where you can check your account via a web-app. If you install the free app, you can also:

- always have the app at hand without having to retrieve the link sent via SMS;

- provide more details about yourself in order to obtain greater benefits;

- grant or withdraw, to each of the stores, consent to the use of your personal data;

- earn points by inviting friends.

The service is in the launch phase and there are still a few participating stores. Be patient :)

HOW DOES IT WORK

- Every customer who approaches the checkout is invited by a tablet (or a QR code) to check in by entering their phone number which is anonymized to the shopkeeper's eyes.

- The cashier, on his device, enters as many points as euros spent.

- If it is the first check-in, the customer receives a text message with a link that opens a web app where he can check his account and the participating stores.

- With each subsequent purchase in the same store, the customer accumulates points which are combined with his telephone number.

- Once the score to redeem one of the prizes established by the store has been reached, the cashier delivers it by subtracting the relevant points.

- Each customer can collect points in multiple stores but their count remains linked to the point of sale where they originated. For example, 50 points in store A and 80 points in store B.
