Shopping List - simple, quick

Shoppinglist AGK is an application helping you to shop all required products easily and quickly in supermarkets.

Categories:

You can define categories in the application (EDIT DATA - PRODUCT CATEGORIES) in which you can later enroll the products. In the PRODUCT CATEGORIES sheet you can add as many categories as you want. You can define the order of the categories in the specific supermarket. Based on the order of the categories the application will help you buy the products in the order they can be found in the supermarket. In the categories list just tap the category and with the UP or DOWN buttons you can define the order of the categories.

Shops:

In the application you can define and name 4 different shops. The order of the product categories can be defined separately for the 4 shops.

Shopping list:

Tap the NEW LIST button and you can create the shopping list with the products you would like to buy. You can create shopping list from scratch and based on the last shopping list. In the NEW LIST sheet you can find two columns: the list of the products on the left hand site, from which you can select ones for the new shopping list. The new shopping list can be found on the right-hand site. Tap one of the products, add the required amount of the product and tap the ADD button. If you would like to delete a product from the right-hand side shopping list, just tap it and click the DELETE button. If you need a product that is not listed in the left-hand side list, just tap the NEW button, add the information of the product, select a product category from the drop-down list and tap OK. The new product will be included in the new shopping list and will be added in the product list as well (you can see it when shopping list will be created next time). If the shopping list is ready, tap OK.

Shopping:

In the supermarket, just tap SHOPPING button and you can see all the products, you added into the shopping list. Above the shopping list you can see the selected shop; it can be changed from the main screen with the SELECT SHOP" button. The application sort the products in the order you defined in the PRODUCT CATEGORIES sheet. The products belong to the same category are marked with the same color. On the right-hand site of the list you can see the indicator: if it is green, you should buy the product. Tap the item you already bought and the color of the indicator on the right-hand site became gray. If you tap by mistaken, just long tap the item and the indicator became green again. If you would like to add additional products to the shopping list, tap EDIT button.

Select shop:

In the SELECT SHOP sheet you can select the shop, in which you will buy the products. This sheet is used also to rename the shops if you want.

Product list:

In the EDIT DATA - PRODUCT LIST sheet you can maintain the list of the products, from which you can select for creating the shopping list. On the sheet you can ADD or DELETE products from the list.

Export:

With the EDIT DATA - EXPORT button you can export the lists (product list, latest shopping list; list of categories) into the Download folder of your phone. It is recommended to export the lists if you have long lists to backup them. If you export the categories list, always export all 4 categories lists at the same time. If you export the lists, you can rename them if you want, not to overwrite the previous downloaded lists. The lists can be edited in any text editor applications, but their format must be the same as before editing (e.g. pay attention where are commas and where not, etc.).

Import:

You can import the exported lists back to the application. Warning: importing the lists, they will overwrite the lists in the application. If you import the categories list, always import all 4 categories lists at the same time.
