Signet

Signet is a trustless protocol that allows brands to use on-chain data in real life for a variety of use-cases.

It works by letting users configure a proxy wallet that is imported into the app so that the wallet that holds their assets does not need to be connected or carried around. The link between the proxy wallet and the wallet that holds assets is made via a smart contract, so that the user does not need to trust a centralised entity to keep their data safe.

After successful verification, brands can make sure that individuals meet certain requirements, such as holding specific tokens, that make them eligible for some benefits.
