The Distributors SignOnGlass app helps our member warehouse delivery drivers to deliver the goods with high confidence.

Create Delivery Run: Warehouse Admin will generate delivery run for a driver based on the driver schedule from admin panel. Delivery Runs can be generated using different methodologies. Warehouse admin can generate delivery runs using Google Route optimization for fast deliveries.

Pre-Start Check: Before driver start the delivery, driver will assess the delivery truck and capture speedometer readings for tracking purpose.

Driver Delivery: Each run will be assigned to a Driver and based on the schedule; driver will see the run details in the app once driver login. Driver can shuffle the deliveries based on their convenience.

Driver can notify the customer using simply clicking the button in the customer delivery details screen and they can use directions from the app to go to the customer address.

Driver will take photos of the goods, confirm the cartons or products, collect the payment, and get customer signature to complete the delivery.

Customer can submit comments before signature and accept the delivery.

Driver and warehouse admin can use 2-way app messaging functionality to communicate in real time.

Proof of Delivery (POD): Once driver captures customer signature and complete the delivery; POD get generated from the backend and email pdf invoice copy will be sent automatically to the customer with customer signature embedded in it. Customer can click the link in the invoice pdf copy to access delivery photos and carton information.

Surveys: warehouse admin can create a survey for specific customers. Driver will see the survey automatically after completion of delivery for specific customer.

Delivery Tracking: Warehouse admin can track the delivery of the customer real time.

Driver must be registered by warehouse admin to use the app delivery.
