Simanis

Simanis is a digital / electronic correspondence management application that is useful for accelerating the delivery of letter and disposition information to the intended party. The managed letters consist of incoming letters, outgoing letters, to electronic filing and depreciation in the Wonogiri Regency Government OPD environment. The SiManis application itself can be accessed at http://simanis.wonogirikab.go.id/.

The facilities that the SiManis application has are:

1. Information on incoming mail and the disposition process via an Android-based Smartphone

2. Fast and accurate mail search.

3. There is a history facility that will facilitate communication and coordination with other users.

Benefits

Some of the benefits obtained by using the SiManis application include:

1. Can save paper costs (paperless) and the cost of sending letters, usually by courier / post.

2. The process of receiving letters and the disposition process can be identified more quickly, effectively and efficiently

3. Document archives are stored digitally, so as to facilitate the search process (searching) and as data backups.

Purpose

The SiManis application was made with the intention of facilitating the process of correspondence between OPDs of the Wonogiri Regency Government, so that its implementation is more effective and efficient and makes it easier to manage archives from active and inactive to the process of shrinking.
