SimpleQRShare hands files to the person in front of you. Pick what to share, show the QR code, and they scan it with their camera and download in a browser. They don't need this app, an account, or an internet connection — the files go straight from your device to theirs over the local network.

■ Share with a QR code

Pick files or a whole folder, tap Share, and hold up the code. Receivers get a clean download page: your message, what's inside, and one big download button. There's also a plain address you can copy and send to a computer.

■ Works without any Wi-Fi

No network around? "Create a Wi-Fi and share" turns your device into a temporary access point and shows two QR codes: one to join the Wi-Fi (no password typing), one to open the download page. Works with the standard camera on both iPhone and Android. The temporary Wi-Fi shuts down by itself when you stop sharing.

■ You decide how many, and for how long

Set how many people may download at the same time and how long the share stays open. When the time runs out, new downloads stop but transfers already running are allowed to finish. Extend or stop the share at any moment.

■ Watch it happen

The sharing screen shows each receiver's progress live — a percentage for individual files, a running size for ZIP downloads.

■ One ZIP, or file by file

Several files and folders arrive as a single ZIP, built on the fly. Receivers can also take files one at a time from the list, and those downloads resume after a dropped connection.

■ Five themes

Clean, Pop, Geek, Elegant and Neon. The theme also styles the download page your receivers see.

■ Made for tablets too

On a large landscape screen the app splits in two: the QR codes fill one half — turn it toward your receivers like a small kiosk — while the countdown and receiver status sit on the other.

NO ADS · NO TRACKING · NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED

Everything runs on your device. No analytics SDKs, no sign-up, and nothing is uploaded to the internet. Read the privacy policy under Settings → Other for details.

PRIVACY AND SAFETY

Each share is served at a randomly generated address, so others on the same network can't reach your files by guessing. Receivers can only download what you picked — they can't write anything back to your device. The share exists only while it's running: stop it, or close the app, and access ends immediately.

Connections use plain HTTP so receivers never see a certificate warning. On the temporary hotspot the Wi-Fi link itself is encrypted; on an ordinary network, treat it as you would any local sharing and avoid confidential files on public Wi-Fi.
