Basic Competency Selection Exam (SKD)

Basic Competency Selection or SKD is the initial selection of CPNS which contains basic knowledge questions, such as basic mathematics, Indonesian, synonyms, antonyms, matters of nationality, and personal personality. The selection was carried out using the CAT (Computer Assisted Test) system with a total of 100 questions with a duration of 90 minutes.

In the SKD exam, there are three materials tested:

1. TWK (National Insight Test)

TWK aims to assess mastery of knowledge and ability to implement the values ​​of the 4 (four) Indonesian National Pillars, which consist of Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, Unity in Diversity, and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

The TIU questions consist of 30 questions with a score of 5 for correct and a value of 0 for wrong and no answer. The total score that can be obtained is 150 points.

2. TIU (General Intelligence Test)

TIU is a test to improve intelligence in numerical analysis, verbal and logical and analytical thinking.

In TIU, there are three types of tests including synonyms, antonyms, word groups, word equations (analogy), and tests of numerical or logical arithmetic abilities.

The TIU questions consist of 35 questions with a score of 5 for correct and a value of 0 for wrong and no answer. The total score that can be obtained is 175 points.

3. TKP (Personal Characteristics Test)

TKP is a psychological test that examines the types and characteristics of personality in various aspects, including cognitive aspects and emotional aspects.

This test aims to assess mastery of knowledge and ability to implement public services, work networks, socio-culture, information and communication technology, professionalism and anti-radicalism.

There are 45 TKP questions with a score of 1-5, 0 if you don't answer. The total score that can be obtained is 225 points
