Skillbased is a completely new solution to bring you together with the right companies.

This gives you access to the jobs that really suit you and your skills.

Create your individual skill portfolio and show companies what you can really do, not where you learned it!

This way we can get to know you from your best side and provide the companies with all the necessary information about you. Anonymously, of course.

*The skill portfolio with new criteria*

1.) What can you really do? Choose up to three areas of activity that interest you or in which you have already gained experience and we will suggest job-related skills and programs on this basis. You can also add your language skills to your profile

2.) Your personality counts - the Big5 personality analysis tells us more about your personal characteristics and motivation. The detailed evaluation is not only important for our matching, but can also be very interesting for you personally.

3.) What does your dream job look like? Specify all the framework conditions that are important to you in order to find your perfect job match

After you have completed your skill portfolio, it can be published.

We use our new criteria to match you with companies that are looking for people like you.

You don't have to actively apply, because we have reversed the process: the companies contact you and you decide whether a job interests you or not.

Don't worry: up to this point, your profile is anonymous and the companies will not see your name, age, gender or nationality. Only when you have released the job do we release all the information for the company.

In this way, we decisively promote equal opportunities in the application process.

And by the way, it is of course an advantage that you can register with us without having to worry about your current company noticing you.
