Wake function (switch on from standby) for most 2016/2017 models

Added bluetooth detection for not connected or switched off TVs. Android couples the bluetooth feature with the right to read the location, though we never read the location. If you decline on the location right, the bluetooth search will simply not provide results. Your are free to choose.

Detection of TVs also via Bluetooth. For some reason, bluetooth requires also the permission to detect the location. We are not using it for any other purpose but bluetooth.
