Pick-up

- Meet Laundry Associate and check his company ID

- Fill up Form (clothes information/no. of pieces)

- Confirm laundry weight on the scale - Give corresponding payment

- Ask for Official Receipt from the Laundry Associate

Delivery

- Meet Laundry Associate and check his company ID - Present copy of the Official

Receipt

- Sign the Delivery Receipt to accept your finished laundry
