What is SNAP Virtual Visits?

All Nurse Practitioners (NP) are either Master’s or Doctorate level educated. Our Live Nurse Practitioner visits from your smart phone or tablet include an assessment, diagnosis, and prescriptions when necessary. You have the ability to favorite any NP and you’ll be guaranteed to see them if they are online. We’ll see the whole family, kids in all, ages 2 & up
