Softiya is a healthcare operations platform built for PCA, HCBS, home care, home health, group homes, assisted living, and NEMT providers. Softiya helps organizations manage both office and field workflows with tools for visits, staff coordination, records, coverage management, and operational visibility. Its broader platform also supports intakes, authorizations, care plans, staff files, billing exports, and multi-program workflows designed for provider organizations operating across different services and locations.

Softiya Field Staff is the mobile app for authorized caregivers and field staff working within the Softiya platform. It supports day-to-day field operations such as schedules, EVV-related visit verification, visit tasks, documentation, and timesheet workflows based on each organization’s configuration and permissions.

This app is intended for authorized workforce users of organizations that use Softiya and is not a direct-to-consumer healthcare service. Feature availability may vary by agency setup, program type, and permissions.
