Sogemad Connect

Sogemad Connect is a free application specially designed for those insured with a health insurance policy at SOGEMAD Insurance. Developed from data collected from a large panel of existing customers, it facilitates access to key documents from your policy and allows you to make the most of our services.

Main functionalities:

1. Your police documents always at hand

Keep an eye on all the information related to your insurance policy (digital document of the insurance contract, your covered guarantees, your contributions, etc.).

2. Consult your consumption history

For clarity, consult your consumption history and that of your beneficiaries at any time (consultation voucher, analysis and radio, consumption in pharmacy, etc.)

3. Find the nearest approved center

Consult the list of insurance care networks at any time. We will indicate the nearest centers and we will specify the centers authorized by your insurance product.

4. Find a nearby pharmacy

Locate on a map the nearest pharmacies within a 2 km radius thanks to the GPS function. Integration with Google Maps provides a detailed route.

5. Verification of prices of pharmaceutical products

This feature allows you to know the price of a product or even the cost of your prescription before even going to the pharmacy for the purchase.

6. Emergency numbers and telephone service

Access all the useful numbers and e-mail addresses on one page: reception services, technical service, assistance service for all questions relating to your insurance.

7. Optimal simplicity and security

For a quick and easy access to the application, you will have to fill in your insured service number and you will have to choose a password of your choice, easy to remember. Most of the functions are also accessible offline and are updated as soon as that you are connected to the internet.

8. Multilingual support

For the moment the application is only available in French.
