Soul is an app specially designed to help and assist blind and visually impaired users to read text, identify objects, and explore the surroundings.

The app acts as a virtual eyes to make the physical world more accessible for the blind and visually impaired community

Soul uses real time AI to identify and describe things through voice.

Users can independently:

- Read posters, text, documents etc instantly just by pointing the camera

- Locate specific objects like table, laptop, chair, bed, remote, bottle, door, window, tv, person, animals around by scanning the environment with the camera

- The apps tells everything it sees in the camera

Soul can be used in three different ways

1.Through voice command

2.Manual mode

3.Single tap mode

1.Through voice command users can directly talk to the app and hear the app speak the identification back to you

2.Through manual mode users can select between eight options manually and hear the app speak the identification back to you

3.Through single tap mode just tap the the screen to take a photo of anything, at any angle, and hear the app speak the identification back to you

Soul is developed by Octavision, an AI start-up based in India.
