SoulBody Studios brings a new world of harmony through movement and recovery. We are taking a holistic approach to well-being by merging exercise and restorative therapies in one space, allowing us to guide you on a journey towards true wellness.

A class schedule that includes Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, LIIT and Recovery allows you to create a mindful and diverse workout routine with the added benefits of recovery therapies like infrared sauna, red light, compression and PEMF.

The recovery therapies include infrared sauna pods in private rooms with sound therapy and red light for the face, PEMF mats, compression and red light. Each session is tailored to the members needs allowing the body to reset and heal.
