A developer tool to fill up space on the filesystem

This app allows developers to test low space conditions by filling up the device.

The app shows the total, free and 'filled' space.

The developer can set the size of the 'filled' space to any value and the app will create a number of files that match the desired fill size.

The fill value can be changed and the app will add or remove files to match the new size.
