SpiderCloud ProInstall mobile app is part of SpiderCloud Zero Touch Provisioning System. Mobile app scans the MAC address of the Services Node and Radio Node to ensure location accuracy during installation.

The mobile app scan the MAC address of the SN to ensure location accuracy. It also scans the MAC address for every RN and maps the RN to a prelisted location information. This eliminates the need for pre-staging and labelling of each Radio Nodes and ensures accurate RN location mapping.

When an installer (employee of a system integrator) launches the app, the app asks him for his credentials. These credentials are authenticated by SCPS. Once authenticated, the installer is shown a list of projects that his company (system integrator) is working on. The installer chooses a project, ex: MGM Grand from the list of projects. The mobile app gives the option to scan the MAC address of the SN. This maps the SN hardware with the project. The Mobile App presents the users with the list of RN locations. When the user selects one of the RN locations it is presented with the option to scan the MAC address of the RN. This ensures correct RN hardware with the planned RN location eliminating any pre-staging, labelling and errors.
