Today, thin films are widely used in the production of semiconductor devices, magnetic recording and detection systems, optical coatings and decorative works. Thin-film materials have the following features that are not present in bulk materials: They are clean to a degree that cannot be achieved under classical laboratory conditions. It is possible to form small geometries in three dimensions that cannot be achieved under classical laboratory conditions. Film-specific material properties resulting from the atomic growth process can be seen. It is also possible to see quantum size effects and other size effects resulting from thickness, crystal orientation and multilayer structures. Rotational Coating, one of the thin film coating techniques, is preferred due to its easy application and low cost. Rotational Coating is a process used to produce a thin film on a hard surface. The spin coating system is a system that should be in every thin film laboratory. Other rotational coating systems are cost-effective and less efficient in producing a homogeneous film. I disrupt the structure and homogeneity of the vacuum thin film used to fix the glass in other systems. In the system we designed, glass vacuum is not used to ensure homogeneity, there are glass-sized channels to fix the glass, and thanks to the liquid channels, the excess liquid coated on the thin film is easily removed. It is possible to use it in systems that provide closed environment control for solutions that deteriorate in the oxygen environment in the system, with its ergonomic design and Bluetooth communication method is used to control the device using the Ardiuno microcontroller.

Thin films show many variations at the atomic level. The rotational coating system will design and produce the glass holder without using vacuum fixing, which is precisely designed to coat the desired material homogeneously. A closed system will be produced in the system to avoid being affected by chemicals harmful to human health. The system will be controlled using wireless communication to ensure environmental control and easy use.
