Spot-R is a simple weightlifting app that helps you program the speed of your reps.
It allows you to focus solely on your exercise movement by automatically tracking the number of reps and the duration of each phase of a Rep.

How to use:
* Program/Save Positive movement duration, Negative movement, and Pause duration of a rep sequence,
* Enter the number of reps that you plan to do, and
* Press Start to Begin a Rep Sequence (also called a Set).
Tip: Since Android OS limitation, please install on your Phone instead of SD card if need notification work normal after restart phone.
Note: This app does not substitute the physical assistance of a training spotter.
