■ Service usage precautions

· SPOTV NOW can only be used in Korea.

· SPOTV NOW does not support simultaneous account access.

· SPOTV NOW supports PC, smartphone, and smart TV (Samsung/LG/Apple/Android some models).

· Smart TVs supported by premium membership require the following operating systems.

· Samsung (Tizen 3.0 or higher)/LG (WebOS 4.0 or higher)/Apple (tvOS 16 or higher)/Android (Android 9 or higher)

· Scheduled live broadcasts may be canceled depending on the broadcasting environment.

· VOD may not be provided for some games.

■ Precautions for purchasing membership

· All memberships are products with monthly recurring payments. (Excluding some memberships)

· If you are subscribed, recurring payments will be processed even if you cancel your membership, so please be sure to check whether to cancel.

Payment cancellation is possible if you apply 'within 7 days including the payment date without viewing history'.

Partial refunds excluding viewing history are not possible.

Recurring payment cancellation (subscription cancellation) can be set in advance before the payment date. · When canceling or terminating through the customer center, identity verification is required.

· Tickets received through discounts, coupons, events, and promotions are not refundable.
