We do this by coaching you based on your individual needs to reach your specific training goals within the 3-5 hours a week you spend being directly coached or helped by our expert staff. Then, with the support of our app, we help you to make better choices in your every day life within the rest 165 hours a week as you live your daily life.

The Stadifit Functional Fitness and Health app is designed to help you connect all the pieces of your health, fitness and performance. Whether training in our facility, being coached remotely by one of our expert staff and courses or a combination of both, our app supports you by keeping everything in one place for easy access, support and progress.
