Status Saver

Status Saver lets you view and save status images and videos from WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business before they disappear — all without saving the sender as a contact.

FEATURES

• Live Status viewer — browse currently active Image and Video statuses in one clean grid, split into simple tabs.

• One-tap save — download any status straight to your device gallery with a single tap.

• Saved tab — everything you've downloaded, organized into Images and Videos, with a quick shortcut to your device Gallery.

• Auto Save — optionally save every new status automatically, so nothing disappears before you get to it.

• Mark New Status — a small indicator shows which statuses are new since you last checked.

• Direct Chat — send a WhatsApp message to any phone number without adding it to your contacts first.

• Notifications — optionally get notified when a new status appears.

• 27 languages — automatically matches your device language, with a manual override in Settings, including right-to-left support for Arabic, Urdu, Hebrew, and Persian.

PRIVACY & PERMISSIONS

Status Saver only asks for access to the specific folder you choose, using Android's secure Storage Access Framework — never the broad "all files" permission. Nothing you view or save is ever uploaded to our servers. Full details are in the in-app Privacy Policy.

Status Saver is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp is a trademark of its respective owner, referenced here only to describe compatibility. You need WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business installed to use this app's core features.
