Why I charge money for this?

Unlike the normal STG app which is a pdf wrapper of the original STG.pdf. This newer app requires copying and pasting all STG contents as well as formatting them so that they can be rendered as markdown which brings all the benefits it has.

Coding and preparing all the contents takes a lot of time, and at the time of writing this I haven't finished attaching everything found in STG original pdf.
