When you download Sttc_Scr from Google Play store, home page shows you Signal, Telecom and General categories of equipments.

There is a button called Save offline on top right corner of the window panel. Clicking on save offline saves all the data offline excluding pdf’s, module pictures and video URL/ links. However if a pdf file is already downloaded when internet is available, you can still access the pdf offline.

Please observe that when you click on pdf file it downloads and stores the file locally on your phone. With each click, online pdf is stored as separate file. But when you are offline, this file will be picked up from your local phone memory and show to you.
