About StudyPilot: Study Planner
A Study planner, focus timer and flashcards that make revision actually stick.
Most study apps stop at a timer. You sit for 25 minutes, it dings, and a week later the topic is gone.
StudyPilot is three things that only work properly together: a study planner, a focus timer, and flashcards that use spaced repetition. Plan the week, protect the session, then review it before you forget.
A STUDY TIMETABLE THAT BUILDS ITSELF
Tell it your subjects, how many hours you actually have, and which days you study. It builds a weekly study schedule around your priorities and your exam dates. No spreadsheet, no blank study planner staring back at you.
- Full 7-day timetable, drag any session to another day
- Add, edit or delete slots by hand
- Missed a day? One tap reflows the rest of the week
- Works as a revision timetable, a homework planner or a self-study plan
A FOCUS TIMER YOU CAN'T QUIETLY CHEAT
Pick a subject, pick a length, start. 25, 45 or 60 minutes, or set your own.
- Pomodoro timer with automatic breaks, and a longer one every fourth round
- Do Not Disturb silences notifications for the length of the session. You opt in, and you can turn it off any time
- Or hand over to Android's built-in Focus Mode
- Ambient sound, plus a minimal mode: one number on a blank screen
- End early and it doesn't count toward your streak
FLASHCARDS THAT SCHEDULE THEMSELVES
This is the part most focus apps skip. Re-reading feels productive and isn't. Active recall is what sticks, and spaced repetition puts each card in front of you just before you'd forget it.
- Make flashcards per subject in seconds, or paste a whole list at once
- One toggle creates the reverse card for you
- SM-2 scheduling, the algorithm behind most serious spaced repetition apps
- Swipe to grade: got it, or show me again
- Finish a focus session and drop straight into that subject's review queue
REMINDERS THAT DON'T NAG
A study reminder is only useful if you still trust it in week three.
- A nudge before each session, and a check-in if one slips
- Told when cards are due, only when there are enough to be worth it
- Quiet hours you set, respected without exception
- At most one other notification a day, and you can switch any category off
STATS ABOUT MEMORY, NOT JUST MINUTES
Minutes are easy to log and easy to inflate. StudyPilot also shows what you actually retained.
- Mastered, learning and not started, per subject
- Minutes studied each day over the last 7 days
- Subject balance, so nothing quietly starves
- Streak, total sessions, and a daily mood check-in
FOR EXAM SEASON
Set days-until-exam per subject and the study planner weights itself toward whatever's closest. Built with finals, GCSEs and A-levels, entrance tests and certifications in mind, and it works just as well for teaching yourself something with no deadline at all.
WHAT IT DOESN'T DO
It won't block apps or lock your phone. Do Not Disturb silences notifications, and that's the whole mechanism. It won't promise you grades.
StudyPilot is free and ad-supported, so ads need a connection, but your plan, your timer and your flashcards all work offline. Calendar sync is one-way: it writes your sessions and never reads your events. Export a full backup whenever you like.
For students who want a study routine that survives a bad week. Plan it, protect it, remember it.
