Su Jok comes from two words of Su which means palm and Upholstery which means footprints.

Sujok itself is a method or one of the treatment techniques originating from South Korea. The inventor was a Scientist named Prof. Park Jae Woo.

Sujok is a simple method of treatment and health care. This method uses the palms of the hands and feet in the treatment technique. Why? Because both parts of the body are central to the body's energy flow to and from all of them pass through the two parts of the body.
