By using the app with Sumitomo Electric's applicable splicers, you will be able to ensure that your machine and your accessories will be up-to-date and fully functional, while cutting down on time and work needed to communicate splice results both internally and externally to your organization. The app will also assist you to manage your splicer as an asset by providing security features, and during work with useful tips and tricks.

If you fail to upload splice data to the server from the connected splicer, please take the following troubleshooting steps.

-Open the Wi-Fi settings.

-Choose the connected splicer and tap the settings icon

-The settings window is displayed. Tap Forget.

-Close the settings window and re-try to upload splice data.
