Shannon has been helping women achieve their fitness goals using her experience as a professional dancer, stage/body language coach, and background in education. Shannon integrates the mental toughness elements taught to her by Tim Grover, that facilitates results by identifying the bs that’s holding you back from success. This 3 week workout will give you the confidence and strength you’ve always wanted and deserved. This is just the beginning!

-Mental Toughness Program: This program will guide you through the thought process of training and alter your perspective to help you get results. This program will provide interactive pre-assessments to determine where you require specific focus, lessons and video tutorials, and homework activities for you to consolidate the concepts and keep this knowledge for life!

-Mindset Nutrition Program: This program is designed to help guide your perspective on nutrition. This is not a meal plan. You know what to eat and what foods you should be limiting. This is a brand new approach towards understanding how and why we nourish ourselves and with pre-assessments, lessons, video tutorials and homework activities, you will create a plan that works specifically for you!
