Schedule your appointments and we will take care of sending the reminders via WhatsApp or Email automatically to your clients.

Through our intuitive calendar, with just a couple of clicks you can create an appointment and enter your client's data, the service provided and even assign the appointment to one of your employees (we also offer personnel management).

When entering your client's data, you only need to specify a contact mobile phone and optionally an email. You can also select which way you want to send the reminders: WhatsApp or email, and how far in advance you want them to be sent.

Upon receiving the reminder, the customer has the option to confirm or cancel their attendance with just one click or by answering "yes" or "no" to the WhatsApp message.

In your user panel, you will instantly see the status of the appointment reflected, in addition to receiving a notification via email if you wish.
