Swasthya National Health Identity Card

The APP is based on www.swasthyanhic.in, a platform to archive and retrieve health related information, a platform which gives you complete control of your data, lets you share your data, restrict access or delete your data. The platform gives you value added options and as we move forward we would be adding more features into it.

The platform helps you connect you with your doctor either offline or online, lets you store all your healthcare related data at one place, lets you create a temporary password with a time limitation to share with whomsoever you would want to.

The platform is also being integrated with healthcare providers like Pathology labs, Diagnostic Centers, Clinics, Hospitals, Medical Stores making the upload and access to data more efficient and easier for all the stake holders.
