Notifications :- T2L has a notifications system that allows users to be notified every step of the way during a delivery. From the moment a user requests a pickup to the point the package is delivered, T2L informs both the sender and the receiver of the status of the package every step of the way.

Messaging :- The T2L App mobile app for users allows users to interact with admins. This can be in the form of complaints, requests, criticism, opinions or plain feedback. Users can initiate a chat with admins and the admins can respond via the admin panel seamlessly.
